Annual Platform Subscription to caregiVR
Designed to match your home’s size, staffing, and workflow, this package provides an ideal starting point—with the flexibility to add additional devices as your needs grow. While sometimes too many headsets might become difficult for staff to manage, multiple systems are fully supported and often helpful across different areas of care—for example, one dedicated to assisted living and another for memory care. And if your community requires a configuration outside these recommendations, we’re always happy to customize a setup that fits seamlessly into your environment.

STARTER PACKAGE
Comprehensive Staff Training Workshops
Included as part of your annual subscription, our hands-on, 4-hour workshop equips your team with the confidence and skills to deliver high-quality VR sessions from day one. We cover everything from best practices and safety to facilitation techniques and seamless program integration within your existing workflow. Beyond technical know-how, we emphasize person-centered delivery—showing staff how to create comfort, connection, and meaningful engagement in every session. Our goal is ensuring your VR program feels supportive, welcoming, and impactful for all residents.
Guided VR Experiences
Our trained VRec-Therapists visit your community to lead engaging VR sessions designed to spark joy, curiosity, and connection among seniors. For individual sessions, they guide residents through experiences using the tablet interface—offering gentle coaching, conversation, and personalized support every step of the way. In group settings, they facilitate shared exploration, encourage discussion, and help residents connect with one another through the experience. These 45–60 minute sessions bring both structure and warmth, creating meaningful engagement for participants of all abilities.
Live Demo Events
Bring an interactive VR showcase to your next event and let residents, families, and staff experience immersive technology firsthand. In this 1-hour session, our team sets up and guides participants through a series of short, high-impact demos that highlight the therapeutic and recreational possibilities of VR. We create a welcoming, low-pressure environment where people can try a headset, ask questions, and discover how VR can spark joy, curiosity, and connection—an engaging addition to open houses, family days, and community celebrations.
